Websites that sell. Automations that scale.
LoopShard designs modern websites and builds the automations behind them. They capture leads, qualify prospects, and give your team hours back every week.
Four things, done exceptionally well.
The focus is deliberately narrow - every engagement ends with a system that captures, qualifies, and converts.
Websites that convert
A fast, modern site engineered around one goal: turning visitors into enquiries. Designed, built, and measured - not just published.
Client portals
A secure place your clients log into - project status, documents, invoices, bookings. Fewer emails, more trust.
Web apps
Custom tools that replace the spreadsheet chaos - quoting, scheduling, inventory, internal dashboards. Built for how you actually work.
AI automations
The quiet machinery behind it all - leads qualified while you sleep, follow-ups sent on time, back-office work done without a human in the loop.
Four steps. You set the pace.
The brief
Five minutes, one short form. The moment you send it, the automation starts - instant confirmation, a personal reply within 24 hours.
The blueprint
A fixed-scope, fixed-price proposal within 48 hours. You know what you get, what it costs, and what's needed from you.
The build
Marko builds it personally. A preview link from day one - watch it take shape and comment as it goes.
Launch & automate
Pace depends on scope and on when content arrives: a simple site in a few days, a web app in a few weeks.
Proof, in production.

Marko Zidar
Founder, LoopShard
Built and run by one engineer. No handoffs.
LoopShard is built and run by Marko Zidar - an information-technology engineer with a Master's degree from Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, graduated top of the IT department. After years of designing full-stack IoT web applications, building SCADA frontends, and integrating AI into real industrial workflows, he founded LoopShard to bring that same engineering rigour to small and medium businesses.
Every project is handled personally - no juniors, no overselling, no bloat.
How long does a project take?
Most websites go live in about 30 days from your first enquiry. Portals and web apps depend on scope - the blueprint you receive states an exact timeline, and it is the one we keep.
Who actually does the work?
Marko. Every project is designed, built, and launched by the founder personally - no handoffs to junior developers, no outsourcing, no account managers in between.
What do the automations actually do?
They handle the repetitive work around your website: qualifying and routing new leads, sending follow-ups and reminders, generating quotes, syncing data between the tools you already use. If your team does it every week by hand, it is probably automatable.
What happens after launch?
A monthly care plan covers hosting, updates, monitoring, and small improvements - so the site stays fast and secure, and the automations keep running quietly. No lock-in; you own everything.
How does pricing work?
Fixed scope, fixed price - quoted in a written proposal within 48 hours of your enquiry. No hourly billing, no surprises mid-project.
Five minutes.
