Overview
A workflow we built to handle project enquiries: the sender gets an instant acknowledgement, and a drafted reply waits in the inbox, ready to review and send.
The brief
Intro calls were eating the week. Enquiries needed a fast, personal first answer without handing the conversation over to a bot.
How it runs
- 01
Enquiry form
A visitor describes their project in three short steps.
- 02
Cloudflare Worker
Validates the form, filters bots and forwards it with a shared secret.
- 03
n8n, EU-hosted
Emails the visitor an instant acknowledgement in their language.
- 04
Claude drafts a reply
Summarises the request, proposes a first direction and asks up to three questions.
- 05
Marko reviews & sends
The draft lands in his inbox. Nothing goes out until he has read and edited it.
What was built
- Form endpoint on a Cloudflare Worker that validates input and filters spam bots
- n8n workflow hosted in the EU, with run data deleted after 30 days
- Claude prompt written in Marko's voice that never quotes prices or dates
- Draft-only delivery: the AI output becomes an email draft, never a sent message
Outcome
- Visitors hear back in seconds instead of waiting for office hours
- Calls happen only when a project actually needs one
- EU hosting and a human check on every reply keep it GDPR-friendly
Stack
- Cloudflare Workers
- n8n
- Claude (Anthropic)
- TypeScript
