02What data we handle
This website has no user accounts. We handle personal data in these situations:
- When you email us at info@loopshard.hr - your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write in the message.
- When you visit the website - Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the site, processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser and device type. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
- When a page loads - fonts are fetched from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google.
When you send an enquiry through the form - we process what you enter: name, email address, company or website (optional), the services you are interested in, budget range, timeline and project description.
03Why we use it
- Replying and preparing an offer - we use your message only to reply to you and to prepare an offer. This is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Running and securing the website - hosting, loading fonts, counting visits and protecting the site against abuse rely on our legitimate interest in a stable, secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use your data for nothing else, and we never sell it.
04How we handle enquiries
Our server delivers each enquiry sent through the form to our inbox by email, through the email-delivery service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA). The same service sends you an automatic confirmation that your enquiry arrived.
Marko reads and answers every enquiry personally. We make no decisions based solely on automated processing (Art. 22 GDPR).
05Who handles your data
We don't sell your data or pass it on for anyone's own purposes. It is handled on our behalf by:
- Cloudflare, Inc. - hosting and delivery of the website, Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Email Routing;
- Google - Gmail, which together with Cloudflare Email Routing handles email sent to info@loopshard.hr.
If you use the form, your enquiry and the confirmation we send you pass through the email-delivery service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), which processes them only on our behalf.
Public authorities can receive data only where the law requires it.
06Services outside the EU
Cloudflare. The website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which processes technical access data including your IP address and also provides Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and has concluded a data processing agreement with us that includes the standard contractual clauses.
Google (Gmail). Email is handled in Gmail, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers to Google LLC in the United States rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for it.
Google Fonts. We use Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to display typefaces. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers and sends them your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies. Data may also be processed on servers of Google LLC in the United States; such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Google participates. Resend. Enquiries sent through the form, and the confirmation we send you, are delivered by the email service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. The emails are sent from its servers in the European Union (Ireland), but Resend’s main processing takes place in the United States. Resend participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and our data processing agreement with it includes the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
08How long we keep data
- Emails - we don't delete them automatically. We keep them until you ask us to delete them.
- Server logs - a short period set by the hosting provider, after which they are deleted automatically.
Email-delivery records - Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) keeps records of the emails it delivered for as long as we use its service, and deletes them no later than 90 days after we stop.
09Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and information about how it is processed (Art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed (Art. 16);
- have your data erased - the “right to be forgotten” (Art. 17);
- restrict processing (Art. 18);
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
Send your request to info@loopshard.hr. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest. Exercising your rights is free of charge. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
10Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Croatia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Ulica Metela Ožegovića 16, 10000 Zagreb, tel. +385 1 4609 000, email azop@azop.hr, azop.hr. You may also contact the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.
We'd appreciate the chance to resolve the issue with you directly first.
